What we collect
Information you enter in the "Request a consultation" form: name, phone and, if you choose, company, topic, preferred time and a short description.
Usage statistics: page views and clicks on contact buttons (call, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn). For each page view we record the time, page, language, approximate country and city derived from your IP address, device type, browser, operating system and the referring site. The IP address itself is not stored, only a one-way code that changes daily, so unique visitors can be counted without identifying you. No cookies are set for this and no personal profile is built. If you switch language manually, one cookie (lang) remembers that choice.
How it is used
To get back to you, schedule a call and provide the service you asked for, and to understand which parts of the site help visitors. You will not receive marketing email without explicit consent, and the information is not sold or shared with third parties for their own use.
Where it is stored and who processes it
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Form submissions and the visit log are kept in private Vercel storage in the EU (Frankfurt), accessible only to the site owner. Anonymous statistics are measured with Vercel Web Analytics.
If you send your request by WhatsApp or email, the message also passes through those services (Meta / your email provider) and is subject to their privacy policies.
Retention
The visit log is kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically. Requests are kept for up to 24 months, unless an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation requires longer.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, storage is private and access-controlled, and access is limited to the site owner. No system is perfectly secure, but reasonable measures are taken to protect your information.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may access the information held about you and ask to correct or delete it. Send a request to info@avocado4ai.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The version on this page, with its last-updated date, is the one that applies.
